NOVAPEAK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES - FZCO operates Legend Studio and is responsible for the product data described here. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@legendstudio.club.

We use this data to bind checkout to the correct account, confirm paid orders, credit Tickets once, protect paid content, reconcile refunds and disputes, provide support, prevent fraud, keep accounting evidence and prove which policy and consent version applied to an order.

Shopify and the enabled payment providers process payment credentials. Legend Studio does not require or store full card numbers. Data may be shared with Shopify, payment and banking partners, hosting and database providers, authorized support or finance staff, and competent authorities when required by law or a payment dispute.

Service providers may process data outside your country. We use the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable transfer mechanisms. Access is purpose-limited, and payment and Shopify webhooks are authenticated before commerce evidence is accepted.

Checkout, order, wallet, consent, refund and dispute evidence is kept only for as long as needed to deliver the account service, resolve claims, prevent duplicate credits and meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when those purposes and mandatory retention periods end, subject to preservation required for an active dispute.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to a competent authority. Email contact@legendstudio.club. Some order and entitlement evidence cannot be deleted immediately when it must be retained for a transaction, legal duty or dispute.
