Panthéon Ticket Policy
One Ticket opens one persistent selection of up to six eligible historical Daily Legend games. It does not buy a named player directly and does not guarantee a particular identity, category or outcome. The player's identity remains hidden until the selected game ends.
1. Packs
The launch offer contains:
- 1 Ticket
- 10 Tickets
- 20 Tickets
- Each pack is a one-off purchase in quantity one. Shopify confirms the final total, currency and taxes before payment.
2. How a Ticket works
After payment confirmation, Tickets are added to the authenticated Panthéon wallet. Confirming a new historical selection debits one Ticket and creates a persistent offer from eligible players the account has not already unlocked, excluding today's free Daily Legend and any player already reserved by an active paid run. Leaving or reloading does not create another selection or debit again.
3. Completion and acquisition
Choosing a position starts the real Daily Legend game for that historical publication. The player joins the collection only after the game reaches a completed persisted result and the Panthéon confirms the acquisition.
4. Personal use
Tickets:
- are linked to one account
- are not transferable, resellable or redeemable for cash
- do not provide competitive Daily Legend points or ranking advantage
- do not expire while the service remains available, subject to a legally required or refund-related adjustment
A refund request alone changes nothing. A confirmed refund or final payment reversal may remove unused paid Tickets attributable to that order. Spent Tickets or acquisitions are adjusted only with reliable purchase provenance; ambiguous cases receive human review. Free rewards and free Daily Legend ownership are not affected.
6. Support
For a missing credit, duplicate charge, access issue or refund review, contact contact@legendstudio.club with the Shopify order number. Never send complete card details.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for non-supply, lack of conformity or misleading description.
